Information We Collect
1) Information you provide
Depending on the App and features you use, you may provide information such as:
- Account information (Bible Archive: The Quests): identifiers needed for sign‑in (for example, an email address, a username, or a platform sign‑in token).
- User content: content you create in the Apps (for example, diary entries, time records, notes, game progress).
- Support communications: if you email us, we receive the information you send (such as your email address and message).
2) Information stored on your device
The Apps may store settings and app data locally on your device to function correctly. Examples include:
- Theme preference (e.g.,
light,dark,system) - Notification preferences
- Feature flags / entitlement state (e.g., Pro access status)
- App data you create (depending on the App and your settings)
3) Cloud sync (Today Pro, Workmate Pro)
If you enable cloud sync for Pro features, the App may upload and store your app data to allow syncing across your devices. The types of data synced depend on the App (for example diary entries in Today, and time records in Workmate).
Note: If you do not enable cloud sync (or if it is not available in your region/build), your data may remain only on your device.
4) Purchases and receipts
In‑app purchases, subscriptions, free trials, and consumable purchases (such as game currency) are processed by Apple (App Store) and/or Google (Google Play). We may receive limited information necessary to validate your purchase (for example, an anonymised transaction identifier or receipt status).
5) Notifications
If you opt in to reminders/notifications, the App requests permission from your operating system. You can disable notifications any time in your device settings.
6) Analytics / tracking
We do not use third‑party analytics or advertising SDKs in the Apps. If this changes, we will update this policy before enabling such services.
How We Use Information
We use information only to:
- Provide and operate App functionality (including saving your settings and content)
- Enable and restore Pro features and purchases
- Provide optional cloud sync (where enabled)
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues
- Respond to support requests
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only in limited cases:
- Apple / Google for purchase processing and subscription management
- Infrastructure providers (only where needed for cloud sync or account features)
- Legal requirements (to comply with applicable laws or lawful requests)
Data Retention
- Local device data: remains until you delete it, uninstall the App, or clear the App’s storage (device dependent).
- Cloud sync data: retained for as long as cloud sync is enabled and reasonably necessary to provide syncing. You may request deletion (see Contact).
- Account data (Bible Archive: The Quests): retained while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with law, and prevent fraud/abuse.

Enable/disable notifications in your device settings.
Purchases & subscriptions
Manage or cancel subscriptions via your App Store / Google Play account settings.
Cloud sync
If cloud sync is offered in your App version, you can turn it off in the App. Turning it off may stop syncing across devices.
Account deletion
For Bible Archive: The Quests (and any future account-enabled apps), you can request account deletion by contacting us.
Children’s Privacy
Our Apps are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will address it.
International Users
If you use the Apps outside your home country, your information may be processed in other countries depending on where you are located and whether you enable cloud features.

- Designed to work without an account.

Today — Minimalist’s Diary
- Diary content is created by you in the App.
- Pro may include optional cloud sync to access your diary across devices.
- A 7‑day Pro trial may be offered; if Pro is not purchased, the App may revert to the Free tier.
Workmate — Clock In
- Time/shift records are created by you in the App.
- Pro may include optional cloud sync to access your data across devices.
- A 7‑day Pro trial may be offered; if Pro is not purchased, the App may revert to the Free tier.
Bible Archive: The Quests
- Requires sign‑in to save and restore game progress.
- May offer consumable purchases such as game currency (processed by Apple/Google).
